Our firm has considerable experience employing The Hague Convention to obtain jurisdiction over foreign manufacturers. This process, in part, requires the legal complaint to be translated into a foreign language and service made by a designated national authority for the country involved.

We obtained that court order, allowing us to depose a crucial Finish witness designated by his employer and the product manufacturer to testify on their behalf. We successfully resolved the case.
